Northampton Shooting Ground

Northampton Shooting Ground is located in the heart of rural East Midlands, situated off the main A43, midway between Northampton and Kettering. The shooting ground is just 15 minutes from the M1 (Junctions 15, 15a or 16) and 10 minutes from the A14 (Junction 8).

We are based on more than 70 acres of beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. We offer modern facilities and an excellent choice and variety of shooting disciplines, including:

• 4 Skeet layouts
• 2 Automatic Ball Trap layouts
• 6 Down the Line layouts
• Sportrap
• Olympic Skeet

We have 12 shooting stands, which feature a wide variety of interesting and challenging targets. There are also 3 High Towers and the tallest is 40 metres high!

We use state-of-the-art automatic traps and acoustic releases, which ensure that our clay targets are both accurate and consistent.

You can use our grounds for practice and competition purposes every weekend.

Our introductory sessions and private lessons are available by appointment. We also welcome:
