Kinds of jumps available

- Individual jumps: to take this giant leap you will be kitted out with a well-fitting harness and securely fastened to an elastic cord. Requirements to do this activity

When it comes to minimum ages, there’s a difference between the jump and the swing. The full-on bungee jump dive is suitable for teenagers of 14 or older. On the other hand, the Highland Swing can be enjoyed by younger thrill seekers, if they are at least 10 years old.

Weight is also a consideration when taking part in any sport that includes load-bearing equipment. The weight limit for a jump is 145kg or 22.8 stone. The swing is a special case as minimum weights are necessary as well as maximum, because you need your weight to carry you down and under the bridge, so for the Highland Swing you need to be between 40kg or 6.2 stone and 120kg or 18.9 stone.
