Welcome to Canalbreaks

We are a canal boat hire company providing self-drive narrowboat holidays from two locations, one at Hilmorton Locks near Rugby and one at Willow Wren, just a short distance from Hilmorton at Rugby Wharf. Our locations are perfect for cruising the Shire counties across the Midlands, and mean we can offer you even more flexibility and a greater choice of boats.

We are a family owned company, and provide a friendly and welcoming service.

Our narrowboats are available all year round.

Routes

From our locations you can enjoy some beautiful scenery and picturesque towns and villages. Depending on the length of your trip, places you can visit and explore include Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. A longer trip will allow you to explore the Thames, the South Oxford Canal, central London and the Grand Union Canal.

With heating and insulation, our boats are available for holidays all year round, even in winter.  Other facilities and home comforts include:
