The Awaygroup is situated in Birmingham City Centre Canals and we are based in Gas Street Basin. Our restaurant boat departs from opposite the famous International Convention Centre.

We offer corporate and private entertainment, parties on the water and quality catering onboard.  We can offer hospitality options for those exhibiting in the International Convention Centre and the National Indoor Arena.

Why not try our 72 ft narrow trip boat, ideally departing from Brindleyplace for a relaxing trip with a drink and a light snack out into the countryside.

We also tailor charter cruises with seated meals, buffets and afternoon teas.  See great panoramic views whilst enjoying the catering and drinks from the licensed bar. The maximum capacity is twenty-six, ideal for a private or corporate event.  Commentary can be included and we would be happy to incorporate those little touches to make your event special.
