Wiltshire Microlight Centre

If, like Leonardo and the Wright Brothers, you look at the birds in the sky with envy, then join us at Wiltshire Microlight Centre for your very own flying experience.

We are a BMAA (British Microlight Aircraft Association) registered school, based at our own registered airstrip in Wiltshire. At our venue, just off the A4 which connects Bath and Reading, the landscape is flat and open, the skies clear and the flying fantastic. Once in the air, you can enjoy views of the stone circles of the Vale of Pewsey,  Silbury Hill, several hillside White Horses, and much more.

Many people know Wiltshire Microlight Centre as a school training individuals to become licensed pilots, but we also offer once-in-a-lifetime flying experiences to flight enthusiasts. Our speciality is microlights, lightweight aircraft that seat one or two people and provide the thrills of flying with no one of the frills. Our fleet includes numerous models from several manufacturers, with both 3-axis and flexwing designs, giving the customer a lot to choose from.

Safety and professionalism are paramount to our work. You can be sure that your flight will be successful when the owner and operator of the centre is ex-Royal Air Force Pilot and two-time European hang gliding champion, Tony Hughes.
