With over 20 years experience in flying and training pilots in microlights and 9 years experience running skydiving jumps, Redlands Airfield is the perfect place to enjoy a day of adventure.

We offer experiences for pilots and skydivers of all level of experience, and we are still grazing our organic beef cows. We are surrounded by beautiful fields populated by rabbits and hares, deer and buzzards, and recently the rare and beautiful red kite. You will be able to observe these animals while flying, and maybe even fly with them while you take in the breathtaking views. 

With us you can enjoy a taster flight or a tandem skydive, if you just want to try the experience. But if you enjoy it too much, then you might try for your pilot's licence or Accelerated Free Fall!

We also have a café with indoor and outdoor seating, so even if you like to keep you feet planted on the ground and watch your friends, family or colleagues enjoy the exciting adventures at our facilities, you can enjoy home cooked meals and snacks in comfort.

With over 10 years experience hosting skydiving sessions, Redlands Airfield Skydiving is a great place to discover this adrenaline packed sport, or for those who want to take it to the next level.

Of all of the people that have enjoyed skydiving at Redlands Airfield, there are two types of people. For first-timers, or those who want to enjoy skydiving in the safest possible way, you will be strapped to a veteran with years of skydiving, all you need to do is try not to lose your voice as you plummet back to earth from two miles above the ground, they will even look after ensuring your parachute opens and you touch down safe and sound.

The other half have definitely caught the bug and move on to the Accelerated Free Fall course, where with the help of experienced instructors and rigorous training you will be able to enjoy leaping from an aeroplane and rely solely upon on your own skills and an expertly packed parachute.

A great experience that will change your perspective forever after, and very popular with registered charities as an effective way to raise funds for your favourite cause, you simply need to raise funds to cover the cost of the skydive as well.

Redlands Airfield Aircraft Flights offer flying instruction for pilots of all backgrounds, in both fixed wing closed cockpit and flex wing open cockpit microlight aircraft.

Our instructors bring hundreds of hours of teaching and flying experience to everyone that comes through our doors and help you realize your dreams.

Whether you wish to gain your National Private Pilots License or simply want to enjoy a trial flight where your pilot will look after the take-off and landing, this is the place for you. This way you will have a chance to fly these amazing machines while not having to put in the hours and money required for you to complete the more critical parts of your flight.
