Come to Damyns Hall Aerodrome and join London Airsports Centre. We offer a range of learning courses for pilots of all levels of experience. We have been teaching to fly and qualify for Private Pilot’s License since 1990.
As a unique experience, we tour to different places in the United Kingdom and Europe, depending on the weather conditions. All the participants are able to navigate, fly and land at various international airports, as well as mountain airfields.
Every course lasts a minimum of 4 days to a maximum of 15 days during which the novice pilot may visit different countries in Europe. In addition, each session is planned for each student according to their preferences and time schedule. Apart from aircraft flight lessons we also offer paramoting rides.
Because we love introducing young students to aviation, schools are more than welcome to our airfield. Contact us if you want our instructors to give them illustrated talks on what they can learn in aviation, such as science, meteorology, engineering or aeronautics. We will also take them for a flight!
It doesn’t matter if it is your first time flying, our fully qualified instructors will help you see the ground from a bird’s eye perspective as you reach the clouds. Speak to London Airsports Centre and plan your escapade.

At London Airsports Centre we offer trial flights and courses for pilots on a daily basis through the whole year. Trial flights are remarkable lessons that don’t need the commitment of a full pilot’s course.
Your first flying session will be an introduction to the aircraft and how it works. Your instructor will explain the practical aspects and the safety information you need to know before the takeoff with the pilot. Once you are in the air, you may be able to fly the aircraft if you wish, experiencing the thrill of flight for yourself.
There are different types of courses depending on the time you want to spend:
- One day course: 2 hours of briefing, including an introductory course for the student pilot or the novice, if it’s your first time.
- One week course: you will learn how to handle the aircraft on the ground and in the air by yourself, with the instructor guiding you through all the steps. You will also travel around the United Kingdom and France, depending on the weather. This means at least 10 hours of flying in seven days!
After you complete your Private Pilot’s License, you can learn Advanced Flying Skills, like landing in windy conditions, downhill takeoff and short field operations, among others. Contact London Airsports Centre for more information to plan your adventure through the clouds.

At London Airsports Centre our aim is to take you to the sky, where you will have the greatest time of your life. We offer flying lessons on a paramotor, which is a motorized parachute attached to the pilot’s back and powered by a motor. If you ever wanted to fly like a bird, then this is the opportunity you were looking for.
You don’t require a license to fly a paramotor, but you must be trained and learn the basic rules. That is why our professional instructors will teach you the skills needed, including takeoff, landing and ground handling. We are based at Damyns Hall Aerodrome, where all our lessons take place.
Paramotoring combines the flying characteristics of a paraglider with the range of microlight powered flight, so it is considered to be relatively easy to learn.
This sport is an adventure that everyone can enjoy, a fantastic way to surprise your friends on their birthday or to try it on your own. Fly all over the United Kingdom and enjoy seeing the landscapes from above. Experience it with London Airsport Centre and you will always remember how fun it was. You will be willing to repeat again!
